Q: What tolerance can you hold?
A: We specialize in tight tolerance work and commonly hold tolerances to within .001. Q: What are your lead times? A: Usually machining orders can be turned within 30 days. Lead times are communicated on quotes based upon quantity, complexity, and material availability. Q: Do you do rush orders? A: Yes, with a rush order charge. Our minimum rush charge is $850 Q: Are you ISO certified? A: The Avvid Corporation Quality Management System is ISO 13485:2016 certified. Q: Do you produce small orders? A: Yes. But keep in mind, the higher quantity runs have a better price per part due to the set-up costs. |

Established back in 1995, AVVID Corporation began as a Precision CNC Machining services company with just 4 partners and an outstanding idea. At first the idea was slowly developed by the partners while they each held on to their full-time jobs outside the company. The partners worked as manufacturing specialists for two different companies. Not long after, however, the demand for AVVID Corporation's services grew so fast in so little time that all four partners decided to work for AVVID Corporation full-time. They also added two sales representatives to the team.
