Precision Machining

Our shop produces close tolerance metal parts in the small to medium size range. We work with many different kinds of raw materials including:

Brass Bushings
This is a bushing for a radio antenna made with 360 brass and was manufactured on a Tsugami 26 screw machine. This company relocated from an urban to a rural environment and was in the process of redefining their supply chain when they were referred to us by an existing customer. We were able to reduce their price by combining workable delivery schedules as well as purchase discounts. We have continued to enjoy our relationship with this customer for more than fifteen years and produce approx 30 different parts.
Arrowhead Ferrule
This is a ferrule for a bow hunting arrowhead. It is manufactured from 6061-T6 Aluminum.
The customer provides a drawing and we manufacture to print with a customized slotting machine that was designed for this unique application. The slanted razor inserts help to spin the arrow in a right or left rotation depending on the hunter’s desires with increased arrow accuracy.
Custom Motorcycle Frame Component 
This is a conversion bracket for a motorcycle.
The customer sends us a drawing, and we manufacture to print specifications. 

This part is made from 6061-T6 Aluminum. 

This customer found us through a referral from another pleased customer. Though this  part is very complex we are able to satisfy our customer and meet their delivery date.
Venturi
This component was manufactured for fluid control for the aerospace industry. It is made from 316L Stainless Steel. This customer provides a drawing and we manufacture to very unique specifications. This part is very complex and tolerance callouts are extremely critical.

It was manufactured on a Tsugami screw machine. Internal broach, tapered hole, and 32 finish callout make this part extremely complicated.
